1. BUTYJANA.PL Online Store is owned by “JAN” Katarzyna Bałdyga ul. Rejtana 53a 35-326 Rzeszów NIP 921-158-53-73 NIP UE PL9211585373 REGON 691685037 which has been entered into the Register of Business Enterprises maintained by President of the City of Rzeszów, against number 12696H. The company started business operation on 12 Aug. 2002.
2. Orders can be submitted 24 hours a day throughout the year. The orders will be processed and dispatched from Monday to Friday, during business hours, i.e. 9:00 -16:00.
3. Purchase Orders placed on business days, after 15:00, as well as on Saturdays, Sundays, and during holidays will be processed and dispatched during the following business day.
4. To make a purchase at BUTYJANA.PL you do not have to open your own account, yet it is recommended. On the other hand you must provide an active telephone number or e-mail address for verification of your purchase order.
5. Orders which cannot be verified within 5 business days will not be further processed. Each purchase order will be confirmed via e-mail.
6. Orders which have been dispatched (shipped) may not be cancelled – applicable to cash-on-delivery shipping. Customer may refuse to collect a package which has been ordered, to be paid on delivery, but we will expect to be reimbursed for the actually incurred costs of shipping both ways.
7. If there are any doubts related to the validity of a specific purchase order, the store personnel shall verify and may cancel such order. Customer will be notified about such decision.
8. Customer may change, modify or cancel an order, which has been placed and confirmed, by sending relevant information to: firstname.lastname@example.org, however only as long as it has not been dispatched. This provision is not applicable to orders which have already been shipped and completed.
9. We reserve the right for the possibility that a given type of goods on offer as “for order only”, is temporarily out of stock, which may result in longer delivery period. In such a case the customer will be notified via phone or e-mail about the situation and the quickest possible delivery date. The Customer may, in this situation, cancel the order.
10. Information displayed on the website of the store does not constitute an offer as defined by the Civil Code.
11. The ordered goods shall be delivered by courier services or Poczta Polska (Polish Post).
12. Costs of shipping: 12,5 EUR, pre-paid shipment by courier services. Full list of countries You can find bellow.
13. The promotion “free shipping for orders over 249.99 PLN” is related to the value of ordered goods excluding shipment fee, and is applicable only for shipments in the territory of Poland sent by courier service.
14. Prices specified in BUTYJANA.PL online store are expressed in Euro (EUR) and include VAT (gross prices). For customers from other countries the prices can be displayed in other currencies.
15. Each shipment contains proof of purchase in the form of receipt, unless the Customer has marked the “invoice” option in the form received after the purchase.
16. Costs of shipment displayed in the Store are applicable to deliveries within the territory of following countries:
- Great Britain
- Russian Federation
Costs of shipment to other countries are specified on a case-by-case basis, if You have not found Your country on the list please contact us via email email@example.com to check if shipping to Your country is possible and what will be the cost.
17. If “wire transfer” is selected as payment method, the goods are dispatched once the full amount due for the ordered goods has been credited to our bank account. If the payment gets to our bank account by 14:00 the goods are dispatched on the same or the next business day (in accordance with the schedule of shipments).
18. No shipments sent to and at the expense of “JAN” Katarzyna Bałdyga shall be collected, unless prior arrangements have been made.
19. Pursuant to Art. 7 of the Act dated 2 March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights, the Customer may withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons, by way of an appropriate written statement, within the period of 14 days from the date he or she received the product.
20. Template of such statement can be downloaded here, printed and filled in. If the Customer withdraws from the contract, he/she shall send back, at his/her cost, the Products in their original packaging, with completed statement and original proof of purchase (fiscal receipt/invoice). Returned goods shall not have any marks showing they have been worn, and they will not be damaged in any way; this is also applicable to packaging.
21. Money for the returned product shall be transferred to the bank account specified by the Customer in his/her statement within 7 business days from the date the returned product has been received. Costs of return shipment are non-refundable.
22. All products purchased in our Store come with a 24-month warranty on the compliance of the goods with the contract.
23. Shoes purchased in our Store can be replaced; costs of shipment both ways are covered by the Customer.
24. Sizes in centimetres are provided in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications. We may not be held liable for possible discrepancies between these and the actual sizes.
25. While placing an order at www.butyjana.pl Customer may request “SMS notification” service – gross cost of such service is 2.00 PLN and it will be added to the cost of the relevant purchase order. The fee is non-refundable.
26. ”Customer shopping in the store agrees for transfer of his/her e-mail address to Grupa Allegro Sp. z o.o. with registered seat in Poznań, and for processing his/her personal data by ButyJana Store and Grupa Allegro Sp. z o.o. for the purposes connected with questionnaires assessing our order placing procedure, order delivery, and products (pursuant to the provisions of the Act on protection of personal data, issued on 29.08.1997 ).”
27. All trade names, product names, company names and logos displayed at www.butyjana.pl are a sole property of their owners and are used exclusively for the purposes of identification. These trademarks may be subject to proprietary rights. All materials, descriptions, and images displayed on the website of the store are used for information only.
