Return Instructions

According to Butyjana.co.uk return policy if you want to exchange an item, you must first return it and then place a new order. Please enclose a complete withdrawal form to the shipment, which can be downloaded here. The items must be unworn and returned in their original box.  We should receive the package intact. You can reuse the box in which you received the product to secure it. You can return the order up to 14 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Make sure that the box is secured in such a way that it will not be damaged. Otherwise, the return may not be accepted. Costs of return shipment are non-refundable.

PREPARE:

· Butyjana box

· the material to fill the box, e.g. paper or buble wrap

· sticky tape

· scissors

IMPORTANT!
· Don’t wrap up the original box of the product with the sticky tape (concerns footwear).
· Don’t stick the return label directly on the original box of the product (concerns footwear).

You can’t track your order?

If your order status has not changed for 5 business days and the delivery company didn't contact you, please let us know and we will contact the carrier to locate your package.

Where will you receive your refund?
Depending on the original form of payment, the refund will be credited in the same way. If you paid for the order via bank transfer, the refund will be returned to the bank account indicated in the Declaration of the withdrawal. If you paid for the order via paypal or payu, the money will be refunded via this platform.
